Standard Cleaning

Our maintenance service for keeping your aircon running clean between deeper services. Indoor unit only.

What’s included
  • Open the indoor unit housing
  • Vacuum and clean the housing and filters
  • Specialised chemical treatment on the drainage line to clear any clogging
  • Reassemble and function-check
What’s deliberately not included
⚠ We do not chemical-wash the coil or blower in-place. Without removing them properly, surface chemicals push dirt deeper into the unit and drainage line. In units with visible black mould, in-place chemical cleaning can also blast spores into your indoor space — the opposite of what you want.

If your unit needs deep chemical work, our Chemical Wash service is built for exactly that.

The outdoor unit is also not part of this service.
Recommended frequency
  • At minimum, every 6 months. For best results, every 3 months — keeps buildup from compounding and can extend your Chemical Wash interval to as low as once a year.
Deep Clean

A full strip-down deep service — the right move when regular cleanings haven’t been kept up, or once a year as preventive care.

What’s included
  • Full dismount of the indoor unit housing
  • Coil and blower removed and washed separately at a designated wash area using specialised chemicals at the correct pH
  • Filters, housing, and internal components cleaned thoroughly
  • Drainage line declogged with appropriate chemicals
  • Outdoor unit cleaned with specialised chemicals — most operators charge separately for this
  • Refrigerant gas level checked. If a top-up is needed and there is no leak, top-up is included at no extra charge
  • Reassembly, function and cooling-performance test
⚠ If your unit has a refrigerant leak: the leak repair and any additional gas required will be quoted and discussed with you before any work proceeds. We never surprise-bill.
Recommended frequency
  • Once a year if you keep up with regular Standard Cleanings
  • Twice a year if it’s been more than 6 months since your last cleaning, or if your unit has never been serviced

The diagnosis fee is waived — it’s absorbed into your repair quote.

If you choose not to proceed

You pay only the diagnosis fee (RM100 + RM50 per additional unit). No surprise charges for parts or labour during the diagnosis visit.

💡 Free quick fixes: if our technician identifies a minor issue with a part costing under RM20 (e.g. a blown fuse) and has the part on hand, they’ll replace it free of charge. Free-of-charge replacements are not covered under our workmanship guarantee.

  • A new dedicated power point, sub-DB, or wiring upgrade is needed
  • Wall composition requires heavy-duty drilling (thick concrete, reinforced beams)
  • Outdoor unit location requires extended bracket, platform, or relocation
  • Access requires lift, scaffolding, or condo management permits beyond standard
⚠ Why our pricing isn’t the lowest: we sit above the market floor of ~RM219 for wall-mounted installs because every job comes with a written workmanship guarantee backed by a verified partner — something most operators charging less don’t offer. You’re paying for accountability, not just installation.

  • Refrigerant recovery — proper recovery of remaining gas, in line with Department of Environment requirements

What’s not included
⚠ Patching or sealing of wall holes left behind. This work falls outside our scope, and we wouldn’t be able to provide a workmanship guarantee on it. We recommend engaging a separate handyman service for that.
