How do I book a service?

Click Book Now, pick your service, and pay securely to confirm. We then schedule your appointment, assign a verified partner, and keep you updated closely by WhatsApp (Mon–Sat 10am–6pm) right through to completion.

What payment methods do you accept?

FPX online banking (all major Malaysian banks), DuitNow QR, and bank transfer. Pay only after we've confirmed your booking via WhatsApp.

When do I pay?

Payment is arranged after we WhatsApp you to confirm the booking. You're protected by our cancellation policy (full refund 48+ hours before service, 50% refund 24-48 hours, see terms).

Can I get a refund?

Yes, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. Cancellation timing determines amount (see terms). For medical or genuine emergencies, we waive cancellation fees on first occurrence.

What guarantee do you offer?

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with our work for any reason, WhatsApp us within 7 days of completion and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Can I request a specific technician?

Once you've had a good experience with a partner, you can request them by name for future bookings. WhatsApp us and we'll arrange it.

What if the technician damages something?

Our partners carry public liability coverage. Document any damage immediately with photos, contact us within 24 hours, and we will handle the claim with you.
